This is a training and decision-support tool, not a health record system. It runs entirely in your browser. Everything you enter is stored only on this device (browser localStorage). Data never leaves this device — the app has no server and does not transmit or share what you enter.
Because storage is local and unencrypted, anyone with access to this device or browser profile can read what is stored. The account and approval step is a workflow convenience, not a security control. Do not rely on it to protect confidential data. Sessions end automatically after a period of inactivity.
Enter aggregate numbers and themes only. Do not enter patient names, health-worker names, or any individual identifiers in the notes or Learning Log. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (2023) you and your institution are the data controllers for anything you input, and remain responsible for lawful basis, minimisation, and data-subject rights. This tool does not, by itself, establish any of those.
